Cheques
The following conditions apply for cheque payments:
we will begin processing your order as soon as your cheque has cleared our accounts if your cheque has not arrived 1 month after the order is placed, your order may be cancelled - if your cheque arrives subsequently, it will be returned to you by post you should write your order ID on the back of your cheque
your cheque must be made payable to Lens Art Ltd
your cheque must be in UK pounds sterling
your cheque must be posted to following address:

PAYMENT
We accept payment with orders by cheque or postal order payable to Lens Art Limited, or by credit/debit card which are processed by Paypal's secure on-line payment system. For payments by cheque, your order will be not be despatched until we receive payment.
DELIVERY
All prices include VAT (where applicable) and delivery costs. Please allow up to a maximum of fourteen days for delivery, depending on what part of the world the order is sent to. Typically, orders are dispatched within five to seven working days by Royal Mail special delivery / courier / airmail. We will inform you when your order has been despatched.
RETURNING GOODS
Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods arrive damaged or are different to your order, we undertake to refund the price paid, provided the goods are posted back within five days of receipt. For any claim to be accepted, Lens Art Limited must be notified within three days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item was damaged.
