Peugeot: The Lion's Legacy

Added 18th of February 2010

Easter Tuesday, 18th April 2006, Peugeot announced the planned closure of their Ryton plant.  During the final few weeks of production we took a series of photographs of the inside of the plant showing the build process of the car.  As part of the BBC series of reports Peugeot: The Lion's Legacy Vic Minett visited the Coventry Transport Museum to talk to Steve Bagley about the Ghost Town Exhibition.  She later broadcasted live from the front of the museum in  the Tracks of Emotion Exhibition.  Vic talked to Nick Turner about his time at Peugeot and Chris Bagley about the history of car production in Coventry.  Then Vic talked to Janet about the photographs on display.
